“WAKU” originally from Japanese, refers to a feeling of excitement and anticipation. “INWAKU” means we aim to keep this mindset to face all possibilities & impossibilities.

We bring together different forces to extend our love for visual communication across different fields - branding, graphic design, illustration, animation, and more.

We are passionate and detail-focused, also truly believe in the power of visual communication. Meet is a passionate and energetic Korean barbecue restaurant targeting young people.

When we sit in a lively barbecue restaurant, chatting, the foods on the grill make a sizzling sound, and our eyes are fixed on the foods. We centered the brand direction around the idea of transforming this seemingly static moment but full of dynamic desire for foods into the brand visual language of Meet.

We use grid system to represent the barbecue grill, and abstract various delicious meats, seafood, vegetables into geometric shapes. Putting foods geometric shapes onto the barbecue grid is not only the movement of how people BBQing but also increases visual appealing. The bold shapes and the red color directly related to barbecue and passion. The entire visual language perfectly presents the characteristics of Meet.
